ABOUT ROOTED
Rooted is a 10-week journey designed to help you connect with God, the Church, and your purpose. Throughout the experience, you’ll engage in meaningful conversations, a prayer experience, a serve opportunity, and a celebration at the end of the session.

Rooted will meet every Wednesday (starting Sept 23rd) for Couples, Women's & Men's Groups (on-site) 9 weeks, from 6:30PM to 8:30PM

COST
$35 Covers your Rooted materials and experiences.

REGISTRATION
During registration, you can share facilitator preference and friend preference (if you have one).

AFTER YOUR REGISTRATION
You’ll receive an email with your group details— leader name, meeting time, and location—in the weeks leading up to the first session.

FOR FACILITATORS
If you're interested in facilitating a Rooted group—or if you are already a confirmed facilitator—we ask that you still complete this form. This helps us gather accurate information for every leader and set up groups correctly in our system.

If you are not yet confirmed, a staff member will follow up with you to discuss expectations and next steps before assigning you a group.

If you are already approved to facilitate, we’ll use your registration to finalize your group details. You’ll receive access to your Group Member Toolbox before the session begins so you can review participants and start preparing.
